The class will leave you BIKINI READY since it’s mainly focused on targeting your lower body. You’ll work on toning your inner and outer glutes, thighs and calves to achieve leaner and longer legs.
Meet the WALLBANDS! Our in-house made resistance bands, set up from ceiling to floor. You'll workout your full body with resistance movements. No limits to toning everyone of your muscles!
There's NO TIME for BAD POSTURES! You'll work all your body angles around the clock while sculpting all your muscles. This class combines a series of "weight shifting" exercises to challenge your work. Happy burn!
This class will get your heart rate up with the perfect combo that VS models love: Air Box + Barre. It's mainly focused on working the upper body by using 2-3 pound weights to get lean, sculpted arms and a strong core.
Our own version of a HIIT workout combined with low-impact exercises. This class will get you sweating in no time by working in circuits of cardio and toning with high number of repetitions.
There’s no need to be a dancer… Just follow the rhythm of the music and you’ll be burning through the beats. Class routine is 80% cardio + 20% toning.
